Reservation Conditions:Deposit is 50% of total amount for stay.

Balance paid on check-out.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation or alteration of dates, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required.

In case of no-show, no refund of deposit is available.

Extra Beds: No extra beds are allowed in any of our rooms.

A reservation for 3 people implies occupancy of two rooms or more.

Due to the characteristics of our hotel, we can only welcome children aged 12 years and over.

Minimum stays: 2 nights in high season.

The only screens available are the wilderness view windows.

Pets: Due to legal regulations, no pets are allowed.

Check-in: between 2:00pm and 8:00pm. Outside these hours, prior notification of arrival time is required.

Check-out: until 12:00pm.

Galopina is a smoke-free space.
