Terms and Conditions

Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Reservation conditions: Payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. Balance paid on check-out.

In case of reservations made less than 14 days prior to check-in date, 100% payment of the stay is required.

Reservation cancellation: cancellation or request for change of reservation must be made at least 14 days in advance.

Refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of 5% of the booking deposit.

In case of no-show, no refund of deposit is available.

Extra beds: it is not allowed to add extra beds.

A reservation for 3 people implies occupancy of two rooms or more.

Due to Galopina’s characteristics, only children over 12 years old are accepted.

Pets: pets are not allowed.

Check-in: between 2:00pm and 8:00pm. Outside these hours, prior notification of arrival time is required.

Check-out: until 12:00pm.

Galopina is a smoke-free space.

It is not allowed to bring any food or drink from outside into the property.

If you wish to have lunch or dinner on site the day of your arrival please let us know the day before.
