Terms and Conditions

Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Reservation conditions: Payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required.

Balance paid on check-out.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation or alteration of dates, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required.

Refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of 5% of the booking deposit.

In case of no-show, no refund of deposit is available.

Extra beds: it is not allowed to add extra beds.

A reservation for 3 people implies occupancy of two rooms or more.

Due to the characteristics of our hotel, we can only welcome children aged 12 years and over.

Pets: no pets are allowed.

Check-in: between 2:00pm and 8:00pm. Outside these hours, prior notification of arrival time is required.

Check-out: until 12:00pm.

Galopina is a smoke-free space.
